Designation Design Engineer

Qualification BE Mech. / Dip Mech.
Experience 2-3 years

Required Knowledge:-
Preparation of Technical Delivery Conditions for Materials as per ASME Sec VIII
Preparation of Design Data Sheet
Preparation Bill Of Materials
Experience in preparation of Manufacturing Drawings for vessels, heat exchangers, skid Such
as General Assembly drawing, fabrication drawing && part drawings as per ASME Section VIII.
Div.1 && ASME BPE
Experience in preparation of as built drawings for vessels, heat exchangers, skid.
Shall be able to read and understand URS && P&&ID.
3D piping layout preparation for Bioreactors, Heat exchangers
Aligning Departmental activities as per ISO 9001: 2015 documentation.
Design experience of Pressure vessels, Bioreactors, Fermenter, process vessels and heat
exchangers(Shell && Tube)
Coordination with Design Team and Cross Functional Team

Software Proficiency:
AutoCAD, Inventor/ Solid Works/ Cad worx
