Job Description

IT Support Duties and Responsibilities

• Install and configure Hardware, software, networking and computer systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with software or hardware and basic networking issues
• Walk colleagues or clients through steps to help them resolve their technical problems mails /outlook/Printer
• Maintain procedures and reports that provide technical support to the entire organization.
• Analyze records and logs to spot underlying trends and potential issues.
• Support the implementation of new solutions or applications.
• Provide daily support to users of various computer systems including answering questions, analyzing problems, and quickly forming solutions to return systems to proper operation.
• Quickly identify problems, form solutions, and execute step-by-step troubleshooting procedures
• Working knowledge of PC and operating systems and Microsoft Office Applications
• Install and maintain hardware, software, and other equipment to meet client requirements, routinely observe operational performance, and install security patches and updates when necessary.
