Position for Channel Sales Manager (HOM)(All Channels) in General Insurance for UP /Rajasthan & East Locations.

Roles and Responsibilities for Channel Sales Manager (HOM)(All Channels)
- Manage the daily activity of producers to ensure strong pipeline
- Coach & guide the producers to cross sell and grow their business
- Make individual producer grow at least by 20% Year On Year
- Ensuring IRDAI compliance regarding licensing & commission payments to producers
- Responsible for ensuring quality of applications
- Support/guide the producers in all activities related policy services
- To recruit and appoint producers for General Insurance business
- Train producers on products, process and USPs of Co.
Roles and Responsibilities Channel Sales Manager (HOM)(All Channels) for VO Locations
- The person will be operating Virtually
- Responsible for Business Mix of Commercial and Consumer Lines
- Maintaining Hygiene Cheque Bounce & Receivables
- Manage the daily activity of producers to ensure strong pipeline
- Coach & guide the producers to cross sell and grow their business
- Make individual producer grow at least by 20% Year On Year
- Ensuring IRDAI compliance regarding licensing & commission payments to producers
- Responsible for ensuring quality of applications
- Support/guide the producers in all activities related policy services
- To recruit and appoint producers for General Insurance business
- Train producers on products, process and USPs of Co.
Skills / Competencies:
Minimum Experience Profile:
a) 1-8 years Sales experience.
Minimum Academic Qualification Profile:
a) Graduate or Post graduate
