We are currently seeking a System Integration Specialist Advisor to join our team in Bangaluru, Karntaka (IN-KA), India (IN).
Candidate should be able to take care of Engineering support for Netapp Storage Arrays at enterprise level for multiple account in shared services model
As Storage Engineer, administer storage systems for our services customers. In addition, you will ensure the availability, reliability, scalability, and manageability of the storage environment. The primary duties will be related to support, administration, and deployment of storage solutions.
Role Responsibilities
- Define, track, and maintain storage infrastructure in the production IT environment.
- Gather requirements, design, and implement solutions to meet customers needs
- Work with key technical and business stakeholders to determine data storage requirements and creates solutions to meet requirements.
Incumbents will be responsible for defining product architecture, providing high level designs, and reviewing low level designs for the storage solution. Translating customer requirement to solutions.
Requirements
-To have designed and developed similar products in the past, should be well versed with various storage technologies, and should have applied knowledge of SCSI, Fibre Channel, Storage Area Network and other storage technologies. They should have proven technical record in possessing excellent knowledge of OS Internals and device drives on WindowsUNIXAIX or Linux operating system. They should have good mentoring and leadership abilities to provide technical guidance to the teams.
- 5+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Undergraduate degree and 6 years relevant experience or Graduate degree and 5 years relevant experience.:
Field Knowledge:
ITIL V3 certification (DESIRED)
