We are currently seeking a Software Development Specialist to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

1. 5+ years of experience of development in AS400 - Synon.
2. Strong knowledge in Synon concepts
3. Good knowledge in Synon Database modelling - Defining and Maintaining Entities, Access path maintenance, Relations, Conditions.
4. Candidates should have extensive experience in Synon development projects in SDLC cycles.
5. Extensive experience in developing various types of functions - Internal and External, Screen and Report, execute user sources/programs, DDS User sources is a MUST.
6. Should have good knowledge of parameter contexts, roles, array processing, functions options, batch and interactive mode of processing
7. Debugging and Troubleshooting techniques in Synon
8. Hands on experience in RPG/RPGLE programming is a must, experience in Integrated Language Environment (ILE), Query/ 400, SQL/400. Experience in Creating and debugging RPG/ CL programs. Knowledge of SEU, PDM, DFU and Spool files.
9. Awareness of basic AS/400 concepts, Subsystems & Jobs, knowledge of interactive and batch debugging in AS/400.
10. Design, develop, recommend and implement new or revised system software, utilities and automated processes as necessary.
11. Perform incident resolution, problem determination and root cause analysis in accordance with Service Level Agreements
12. Perform system maintenance and maintain current documentation
13. Must have good written and verbal communication, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
14. Should have good knowledge on Supporting the QA team with any requests/questions
15. Experience in Healthcare Industry and Agile development methodologies is an added advantage.
16. Any other duties commensurate with the level of responsibility of this position and as advised by management
17. Knowledge in Web Services and SoapUI concepts is an added advantage. PAS2
