Job Description:
  • On the ground, this involves coordinating with recruitment and resourcing agencies, understanding the nature of the requirements from the project managers or Sales persons, picking the right people to interview, and ensuring the rest of the paperwork trail is done to complete the process (making offers, negotiation, joining dates etc.)
  • Minimum US RPO experience 1 year
  • US Recruitment experience is required
  • Should be capable of working on ATS, Job Boards and VMS as well.
  • Sourcing from job boards like, CareerBuilder, Dice, Monster, Zip Recruiter, etc..
  • Responsible for recruiting IT professional across the USA through direct phone sourcing, networking, referrals, and expanded Internet sourcing.
  • Preliminary interviewing and negotiations with identified candidates.
  • Exclusively involved in searching as well as posting resumes on Web Technology by implementing online process on Internet. Resume Formatting.
  • Host in-house recruitment events.
  • Discuss employees career development paths with managers.
  • Monitor HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates and cost-per-hire).
  • Review departmental budgets.
  • Organize learning and development programs.
  • Ensure HR staff addresses employees requests and grievances in a timely manner.
