Dear Candidate,

We are hiring for HR Recruiter ( Talent Acquisition) for one of the leading bank located in Delhi NCR.

Responsibilities:

• Handling End to End Recruitment process
• Understanding the requirements received from clients, Plan and schedule a road map towards achieving the targets
• Looking after the entire cycle of recruitment that includes headhunting/searching/sourcing potential candidates
• Sourcing Profiles from various job portals such as Naukri, Monster, Shine, Indeed, internal database networking sites and references
• Short listing resumes by evaluating the candidates communication skills, presentation and technical skills based on the clients requirements
• Negotiating & convincing candidates to accept the offer and make them join as soon as possible
• Building good relations with the candidates and maintaining the database
• End- to- End follow-up of candidate
• Preparation of Weekly and Monthly report relating to interviews with number of interviews happened, Offer Made and Candidates Joined
• Evaluation and discussion with the candidates over telephone the job Role
• Updating the status trackers and following up candidates for feedback.
• Coordinate with candidates throughout the process of pre-joining & post Joining formalities
• Maintain database of candidates

Experience-

Minimum 3 Yrs 

Should be from banking/financial/nbfc industry only
