LEVEL 1: MANAGER IN TRAINING (MIT) (SALES/MARKETING/ADVERTISING /PROMOTIONS)
LEVEL 2: LEADER (TRAINING NEW MITS, HRD )
LEVEL 3: TEAM LEADER /CREW LEADER (HR MANAGMENT AND TEAM MANAGEMNET )
LEVEL 4: ASSISTANT OWNER (ADMINISTRATION AND FINACE MANGEMENT )
LEVEL 5: OWNERSHIP /ENTREPRENEUR ( BUISNINESS HEAD AND BUSINESS EXPANSION )
OPPORTUNITY FOR PROGRESS/CAREER GROWTH :
