Attend meetings with potential Clients to determine technical and business requirements and ensuring that all necessary information is collated before producing a solution
Attend to customer requests for information on RFIs and RFPs completion.
Provide technical solutions in a professional manner and to agreed timeframes
Create and confidently deliver technical presentations internally and externally
Able to understand business drivers and risks involved to the customer and Retransform
Ensure successful pilot projects
Assist regional business development activities.
Sell technical solutions to the customer with professionalism and enthusiasm
Provide accurate and timely management information, to include-activity reports, bid reviews, project forecasts, KPI's
Adhere to the Company's Quality and Business Processes
To structure and produce compelling sales proposals/commercial and technical documentation outlining the cost savings and business benefits to clients using Retransforms proposition.
Help sales team qualify leads by using their deep understanding of the product's ideal customer pain points. They may even have the initial phone or digital contact with leads.
Previous experience in requirements gathering, design, and solution building and the ability to replicate this in a commercial setting
Able to show and discuss a range of previous customer solution designs
Ability to develop effective working relationships internally at a variety of levels and work closely with commercial departments such as sales, operations, and product development
Organized and analytical, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches
Ability to cope under pressure and priorities work accordingly
A motivated, competitive individual with a strong aptitude for learning technology
Should have Excellent presentation skills, verbal and written communication skills, and interpersonal skills.
Should have Knowledge of commonly used Sales and solution selling concepts, practices, policies, and procedures.
Year experience: 4+ Years
Education : Any Graduate
