Role: Regional Manager
Strategize, execute, and manage heavy-duty surveys before driving the consequent analysis of accumulated data
Own and drive the entire spectrum of surveys
Lead teams of Field Managers with accountability for data
Internalize the socioeconomic and political conditions of targeted geographies
Drive data translation efforts for language-agnostic data ingestion and analysis
Stay current with social, economic, political, and governmental developments for proactive pivoting of survey strategies
Own and drive interactive Q&As with thought leaders from all walks of the society, such as teachers, govt. employees, Sarpanch/municipal council members, retired denizens, doctors, social workers, etc. to gain an all-round understanding of contemporary conditions across geographies and demographics
Education: A minimum of Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Law/Economics/Political Science/Statistics/Mass Communication
Preferred Master's degree in any of the above mentioned disciplines
Experience: 2+ years of qualified experience in survey campaign management, operations, workforce management, sales, and business development roles will be considered preferentially
Language: Gujarati (Mandatory), Hindi, English
Salary : 3.60 LPA to 4.80 LPA Negotiable
Location : Gandhinagar
