Role: Campaign Manager

The role - The role - Campaign Manager, will be overseeing the data acquisition, data integration & special emphasis on data analysis, strategy formulation & monitoring, decision-making, governance, and developmental aspects of an organization related to public affairs of the country.
The ideal candidate will possess a finely balanced blend of:

• Analysing data to derive meaningful & actionable insights
• Problem solving aptitude & appetite
• Impeccable interpersonal skills with keen disposition towards crisis resolution
• Ability to navigate through ambiguities with decisiveness
• Fair to thorough understanding of socioeconomic and political landscapes of the country
• Managerial acumen with a natural knack at driving teams and achieving collaborative objectives
• Stakeholder management across the organization's hierarchy with a demonstrated ability to coordinate and work with leadership and baseline workforce alike
• Preferred Master's degree from a Tier-1 institution in any of the abovementioned disciplines
• 1-3 years of qualified experience as an c or of a similar tier role
• Exceptional track record and a demonstrated fitment to the role will be considered too
• Location: Delhi
• Language : Marathi Compulsory
• Experience : 3-5 years of qualified experience as an Associate or of a similar tier role with a matured, process-driven, and data-rich organization (read MNC)
• Education : A minimum of Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Law/Economics/Political Science/Statistics/Mass Communication from a Tier-1 institution
• Salary : 8 to 12 LPA
