We are currently seeking a SAP Basis Consultant to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).
Shift timings: 3:30 PM IST to 1:30 AM IST
Job Responsibilities:
- SAP performance tuning and monitoring, transport management
- SAP system client copy, refresh, license management
- Job monitoring and maintenance, traces and logs
- SAP Backup, data administration, kernel maintenance, patch management
- SAP router configuration
- SAP Solution Manager configuration
- Resolution of incidents, determination of Root Cause for higher priority incidents
- Collaborate with 3rd party vendors supporting Infra and other systems
- Assume responsibility for deliverables assigned and provide regular status to lead and customer
- Ensure all services meet client specifications and standards
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in supporting SAP systems (ECC, BI, PI, MII and Solution Manager Prod & Non prod landscapes)
- Ability to support complex SAP landscapes
- Experience in performing Installations and System refresh activities for ECC, BI, PI and Solman landscapes
- EHP Upgrade and SAP migrations Experience
- Experience in MSSQL database administration (2008. 2012 and 2016 versions)
- Spool, Background and Print management experience
- Required to have System performance analysis experience
- SAP system monitoring experience (ECC, BI, PI and Solman)
Flexibility to work in shifts and weekend on-call
