Job Responsibilities:

To recruit and manage a team of financial consultants and generate business through them.
Training, Mentoring and motivating the distributors/partners
Managing business through the consultants on timely basis
Daily reporting of Achievements
Doing Performance appraisals of your consultants
Ensuring productivity on monthly basis

Qualification:minimum Graduate

Experience:

Sales Experience and experience of hiring, developing and managing team of business partners in any insurance company or on field sales of min 2 YEARS will be an added advantage.

Salary:
