Job Description

Location Gurgaon (HO)

Job Responsibilities:-

Administration and Liaisoning
Housekeeping and Facility Management
Setting up of new offices
Providing support for maintenance of centers PAN India
Maintenance of company owned vehicles
Vendor Management
Regulatory compliance
Maintenance of chairman's residence
General Administration
Facility Management
Procurement and Vendor Management
Security Management
Lease Agreement
Liaison with Govt. Authorities

Prerequisites:-

1) The Ideal candidate would be in the profile of a heading the department dealing with large manpower.

2) Excellent interpersonal skills along with team building skills would also be expected in the desired candidate.

3) Graduate / MBA with atleast 18-24years of relevant experience

4) Excellent communication

5) Must be open for travelling
