maintained accurately in all affected systems. The Data Analyst also works cross-functionally with Finance on cycle count results, inventory discrepancies and root cause / countermeasure activities. In addition, the Data Analyst works side by side with Material Handling leaders and Process Engineering to identify process gaps related to inventory discrepancies and drives process level-up activities. A key component of this function is to do data analysis, identify and recognize inventory discrepancies and drive solutions to achieve inventory accuracy daily.

Responsibilities:

Perform audits to ensure cycle count program accuracy and sustainability
Help ensure overall inventory integrity within the department
Create/prepare monthly, quarterly, and/or annual metrics for cycle counting and inventory accuracy
Provide clear and concise reporting to Finance and to Senior Management
Problem solve and coordinate efforts with process engineering to ensure in-process inventory accuracy
Supportphysical inventories as well as internal/external parts audits
Support material handling teams in proper inventory practices to maintain accuracy as needed
Work with cross functional teams to ensure IC practices are being followed and lead/support continuous improvement
