Qualification:- Graduation

Age :- upto 45 or below

Salary: - 5 lacs LPA + Incentive

Exp :-2 years into Banking/ Insurance Field sales mendatory

Responsibilities and Duties:-

SM will be recruiting advisors, handling the team & generating business from them.Achieve sales target in his/ her assigned territory.Appointing the sales force team who is already having an IRDA certification.Engage, motivate and train the agents to achieve company's targets.Continuously review Agency Sales Force performance and their productivity and set new targets.
