Job Description

Hi, We have urgent job opening for bank back office for the profile of data entry, computer operator ,jr accountant, account executive, account assistant. Department : Finance Reporting to : Accounts Manager Salary : INR 10,000 to 20,000 per month. Location: All over Mumbai Experience-0-2 Years(Fresher are also welcome) Responsibilities and Duties Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded Update accounts receivable and issue invoices Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports l Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings Assist with other accounting projects Requirements Proven experience as a junior accountant Excellent organizing abilities Great attention to detail Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software (e.g. SAP) Junior Accountant would be responsible for: 0 Months 2 Year Experience in accounts Male & female candidates can apply Basic knowledge of Tally & Accounts Record Keeping Daily accounting Good communication Skills ( Emails & spoken English) Must be able to work on software hands on Experience of MS Word & Excel Job Type: Full-time Experience: 0-2 year (Required) Education: 10+2 or any Bachelors (Required) Tagged as: accounts
