Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities- Systematic data gathering from company disclosures (e.g. sustainability reports, annual reports).
- Responsible for tracking and monitoring developments and trends in various sectors of specialization and assessing the impact of those companies on the overall sector.
- Taking ownership of production targets and delivering the research within timelines outlined in the processes and quality standards.
- Coordinating with relevant External/internal stakeholders to ensure that production is completed on time without compromising on quality
- Participation in quality assurance procedures
- Excellent communication skills
- Research Capabilities
- Freshers or experienced/knowledgeable in Financial
- Effective Analytical Skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to be a Team Player, flexible in shift rotation and occasional weekend working.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Time-management skills and ability to work well under stringent TAT
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with clear attention to detail.
- Experience in data collection and analysis and business research
- Knowledge and experience in using MS Office.
- Excellent English communication (both oral and written) and reading comprehension
- Ability to prioritize and work under tight deadlines.
- Fast learner, able to master new concepts, theories, ideas and processes with ease.
- Willingness to work beyond traditional working hours/days as required by the business.
- Should be flexible to work for Rotational Shift 24*7
- Working days 5 days with 2 rotational off
- Candidates should be ready to Work From Office
