We are currently seeking a [[SCCM/Intune Administrator]] to join our team in [[Remote]], [[Remote]], [[India]].
- Vulnerability Remediation, deployment and tracking.
- Maintain and support SCCM co-managed environment along with supporting Intune and Autopilot
- Responsible for upgrading the infrastructure and maintaining it with 99.99% uptime
- Perform health checks of the environment and ensure periodic maintenance
- Act as a technical lead for the team in SCCMIntune and build competency within the team by taking triages and deep dives
- Participates in the development of innovative solutions to improve the environment and reduce overall support.
- Interfaces with the customer and account-based teams on projects.
- Performs complex troubleshooting activities.
- Provides 3rd-level technical support in resolving internal and customer technical issues.
- Responsible for providing configuration management services to Account Focused/leveraged accounts.
- Should be able to handle Sev 1 / 2 scenarios. Single point of escalation to all technical issues.
- Advanced knowledge on SCCMIntune (MEM) in terms of infrastructure concepts (8-10 Years)
- List Secondary Skills and years of experience (If resource/candidate is not having this will be difficult but not impossible) Please indicate 1 skillset here. Scripting skills using PowershellVB (5 Years)
