KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
Conduct briefings, share targets & updates with team members.
Marketing- Recommend ways to reach a broader audience (e.g. discounts and social media ads)
Customer service - Delivering superior food and beverage service and maximizing customer satisfaction
Customer concerns - Responding efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer complaints
Product Quality & Recipes - Regularly review product quality and make sure that it is made as per recipes
Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
Indenting - Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning product.
Manage restaurant's good image and suggest ways to improve it
Wastage Control - Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
Mis - Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses
Marketing - Recommend ways to reach a broader audience (e.g. discounts and social media ads)
Employee Training - Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices & SOP
Employee Satisfaction - Implement policies and protocols to maintain healthy environment at restaurants
ENSURE QUALITY- Ensure quality food is served in cloud kitchens operating in the city, auditing and feedback monitoring. Driving Food ratings on the Delivery apps for the outlets.
TECH OWNERSHIP: Owning the tech platforms installed at the kitchen and coordinating with the central teams for trouble shooting.
VENDOR PAYOUTS: Own vendor recon to ensure timely payouts are made and the system is made sustainable.
PACKAGING MATERIAL: Build supply chain management module around delivery kitchens for packaging replenishment.
KITCHEN HYGIENE: Ensuring that the kitchen is maintained as per Hygiene standards
KITCHEN UP TIME: Ensure kitchen is equipped to serve every item listed on the online menu for the entire online duration.
Assists in management of day-to-day operations by managing labor, counting inventory and supplies, and developing the restaurant team.
Ensures that facility and equipment are maintained to company standards on a day-to-day basis.
Supervises others efficiently and coordinates their work.
Ensures health and safety compliance, and company safety and security policies are met.
Assists Profit & Loss management by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions.
Monitor food preparation to ensure orders are completed quickly and no product is wasted.
Answer customer service issues quickly and ensure total satisfaction from all guests.
