To handle a minimum of 4 team leaders along with their telecalling teams
to achieve colllection tragets of the respective portofilos assigned
coordinate with bank team with respect to day to day operations
continously monitoring teams performance suggest and implement stratergies to enhance productivity
responsible for managing attritiona across assigned teams
prepare and publish report on daily team performance
