Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for 5+ year experience in infrastructural project, commercial project and having good execution knowledge with proper construction method and sequences with good knowledge of computer application like MS office and Auto Cad.
Responsibilities
- Execution of the work as per drawing and specifications.
- Maintaining the daily progress records.
- Estimates and calculation of quantities as per drawing.
- Co-ordination with Client. Preparation of bill of PRW contractors Testing of Building materials.
- Planning and Programming for site progress Preparation of material indents Cost controlling by preparations of ideal schedule for related construction activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma experience
- Strong business acumen in project planning and management
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
