Work Profile:

To recruit good quality prospective insurance advisors and ensure that they acquire licensing to achieve the sales target set by the company.
Ensure that the advisors achieve business targets set for them.
Provide on-the-job training& manage and monitor the performance of advisors so that they can achieve their goals.
Relationship management
Maintain persistency for the policies procured by a team of advisors to overall achieve the profitability of the team.

Required Candidate profile:

Must be Graduate
Must have a minimum 2 years of experience in insurance sales work with Experience letter / Reliving letter
Good spoken and written English
Convincing
Interested to work for one of the most booming Insurance industry
The candidate must be young.
