Job Description

We are looking for a Team Leader/ Manager profile for a MNC based in Gurgaon.

Location: Gurgaon (currently Work from Office)

Immediate Joiner or candidates with 15 days notice period will be given preference. 

Salary: 7.5lpa including incentives

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handle a team of telecaller executives
• Supervising, guiding and motivating the team members
• Ensure complete customer satisfaction in the dealings
• Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals and drive sales
• Conducting training of team members to maximize their potential
• Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
• Directs, administers, and controls the day-to-day operations and activities
• Resolve concerns while adhering to the company policy and standards of behavior

Requirements:

• Experience in Outbound sales is a must
• Atleast 2 years of team handling experience is a must
• Excellent communication skills 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
