Hiring for Junior Recruiter !!! (Female Only)
Location - Chennai or (WFH)
Salary:- 12000 plus Bonus and Incentives
Work Time: 09.30 am to 06.30 pm
Qualification Any graduate with Good Communications

Laptop Must.
Responsibilities and Duties :
Able to convert inquiries/leads into admissions.
Handling the walk-in/telephonic inquiries, Counselling with New Students.
Responsible for the entire student admission cycle: own lead generation, prospecting, follow-ups, counseling, admission, orientation, support, retention, and productive output.
Attending inbound calls and making outbound calls.
Need to provide information to students about all the courses provided by the institute and convince them.
Handling of day-to-day telephonic and walk-in inquiries of an institute.
Responsible for admission process & documentation.
Managing the MIS report on day to day basis & sending daily performance reports of the team to the immediate superior.
