  What will you contribute
  As a software engineer you will be part of a core banking software R&D team, who implement new features and enhancements for the existing software. You are expected to follow the coding standards set by the team and deliver as per the quality criteria set for the team. You are also expected to participate in organizational activities, Hackathon programs, Agile Events and various Training programs conducted by the team or organization.
  Responsibilities & Deliverables:
  As a software engineer you would be responsible for the development activities in the team including coding, unit testing and code review of the features or enhancements developed. You are expected to do a defect free delivery or within the threshold limit for defects, participate in Program Increment planning and estimation activities, contribute to technical research, participate in daily stand-up, update on impediments or risks for the team and proactively utilize technical training programs.
  RequiredSkills andExperience:
• The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in software development
• The candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Technologies such as .NET. C#, Visual Studio along with basic understanding of SQL.
• Good communication skills and basic knowledge of agile is required
• Should be a team player
• Knowledge of JIRA or TFS is preferred.
• Knowledge on multi-value database like Unidata is preferred but not mandatory.
• Knowledge about core banking principles will be an added advantage
