Able to independently run one of the important aspect of HR Shared services portfolio: Employee off boarding process.
It will include monitoring end to end employee offboarding process with operational excellence and create the employee experience to give best in class exit experience to the employee.
Managing exit related activities like connecting with resigned employees their managers and making them understand the requirements and steps to follow in the exit process.
Database management with necessary action on exits
Daily monitoring of various tasks of exits at different stages. Ensuring the closure of clearances from all the departments.
Calculation of recoveries ensuring the recovery of pending dues updates in SAP information to various departments.
Extensive communication with employees and other stakeholders at various stages and exit steps
Time and leave management leave encashment calculations new manager mapping calculation of all full and final input and providing the input to payroll
Ensuring 24 hours full and final settlement for employees
Release of letters to employees
Design refine and execute the processes improvement and offboarding automation strategy in-line with organizations strategic priorities to create the employee experience
Manage implementation and revamping of processes systems and innovative ideas by collaborating with relevant stakeholders including IT Finance Business to deliver projects in planned timelines and budget
Be an internal domain expert on offboarding and other HR shared services processes
Manage and coordinate multiple activities simultaneously
Perform other role-related duties as needed
