Candidate must have 1+ years of experience into sales preferably real estate.
Responsible for handling Sales for the assigned projects.
Conduct Client Visits and manages Walk Ins.
Accompany buyers during visits to an inspection of property advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they are visiting based on the financial condition.
Making cold calls to convert the leads to prospective buyers.
Arranging site visits for the prospective buyers.
Analyse customer behaviour to finalize the process swiftly.
To follow up the customer once after booking till to the registration.
Involved in negotiating rates and terms with the buyer according to company standards.
Analyse Prospective buyers financial status in getting loan arrangements from the variety of banking and financial institution available in the market.
Having a good relationship with the representatives of banking and financial institution in order to get updated in the knowledge of current lending terms.
Involving in marketing activities as requested from the management like stalls fair pro etc.
Giving Daily Report of booking to Business Head.
Scout for new sales opportunities through client references.
Good communication Skills.
