Non Technology Junior Operations :
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
Our growing organisation in the Health Domain is looking for a skilled problem solver to join our team in our various functions of operations. We need enthusiastic individuals who can execute the following:
- Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
- Resolving all the queries of the App users via all the channels of communication - Emails, Chats & Voice Calls
- Schedule offline appointments with insurance applicants and medical professionals.
- Schedule offline appointments with Doctors/Hospitals/Clinics/Labs
- Coordinating and Confirming Lab Appointment Bookings
- Calling and connecting our App users with our online medical professionals.
- Empanel and onboard individual doctors, clinics, diagnostic lab centers on the App
- Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Requirement :
- Graduate in any discipline with excellent communication spoken and written skills
- 1 t o 2 years of experience in customer care service
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of App users
- Good working knowledge of MS Office
- Strong email writing skills and phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
