We are expanding this reach in the Indian/ South-East Asian marketplace and expanding our capabilities in INDIA at an exponential pace to serve broad spectrum of Enterprise Service Management - helping customers to rationalize/ enhance their IT Processes.
Job Description:
This is a full-time role of ServiceNow Technical Consultant to be based in India, undertaking projects in India and South-East Asia.
Responsible for the development, integration, testing and deployment of the ServiceNow solutions for our customers across ITOM workflow.
Prepare technical specifications as required deliverables. Provide oversight and unit testing of code along with guiding customers in completing UAT.
Ability to handle client stakeholders directly on functional / process discussions.
Deliver projects for customer via Off-shore / On-shore delivery model
Support the engagement efforts and be able to suggest appropriate platform solutions.
To qualify you have:
Bachelor's degree of relevant tertiary education.
2-5 years of proven technical hands-on experience in ServiceNow implementations.
Expertise as a key technical resource with hands on development & deployment of ServiceNow solutions in client environments.
Solid understanding of best practices to be followed while configuration and integration of the ServiceNow platform.
Strong JavaScript skills with AngularJS experience and knowledge of Web Technologies.
Minimal two (2) end-to-end project implementation in the following ServiceNow modules:
Discovery, Service Mapping, Cloud Management, Service Graph Connectors
Strong interpersonal skills and a proven team player.
Certifications Required
We would require you to have successfully completed ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (mandatory).
Additionally, while we are committed to investing in all our consultants with a structured certification programme; it would be preferred if you have one of the following ServiceNow certifications:
Certified Application Developer
Certified Implementation Specialist Service Mapping
Certified Implementation Specialist Discovery
Certified Implementation Specialist Cloud Provisioning and Governance
