we would value technical experience in payment gateways, Firebase, Chatops, Analytics, JS Charting, native integration with BLE & Wi-Fi, and Virtual Wallets. These are all features we are adding so background in one / some of these would be advantageous.

we use the collaboration tools as you do (Jira, Git, Slack, Teams, Miro, Figma) and will highly regard a good communicator prepared to actively contribute to the team. As we would like to be more gender balanced, we would choose a female developer if her capability was equivalent to a male colleague.
