About the Company: We are almost 21 years old agency by Name Xylem resources Management Pvt Ltd with HO at Bangalore and branches across India. Our client is s a leading Non-Banking Financial Company and serves as the HR arm of one of the leading private banks in India. They support the bank in products such as personal loans, business loan, automobile loans, gold loan, loan against property, consumer durable loan, loan against securities, Life insurance and many more. With branches across all cities in India, they have a huge employee base supporting the Bank in all their sales and support activities.
Primary Role and Responsibilities:
As an In Sales Executive for Agricultural loans, they will have the following responsibilities.
Candidate needs to work for the institution and provide loans to business in agricultrural field such as farmers
They need to meet the potential business person who would require the loans
Coordinate with customers for all required documents for getting the required loans processed as per company policy and eligibility
Obtain and compile financial information to evaluate loans application and their risk and also referrals though strong relation ship building
Skills Required:
Education Required: Graduate from any stream or 3 year Engineering Diploma only
Communication: Good command in the English language along with the regional language
Orientation: Should have an acumen for sales
Experience Level: 0-1 years
