ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Attending inbound calls, Fixing Doctor appointments, Health Check Appointments, Arranging Video Consultations Managing Marketing campaigns, lead management assignee and status.

Working on allocating tickets with the appropriate call nature and Escalating calls to Outsourced Call center Team Lead & concern SPOC, if required Provide necessary guidance to patients, whenever required, based on the protocols shared by hospital SPOC.

. Coordinating with SPOCs at Hospitals and MHE SPOC for providing solutions to patient requests/ patient complaints Making outbound calls and booking appointments, video consultations / generating leads for online appointment requests,
marketing campaigns

Desired Skills:

o Excellent spoken and written communication skills

o Excellent communication on English/Hindi mandatory

o Effective listening skills

o Knowledge of Customer's Culture, with basics of Computers

o Willingness to work in and rotational shifts (6AM-10.00PM) 8 hours of productivity

o Preferred experienced candidates with Relevant health care industry
