Job Title:IT Infrastructure Solution Architect
Office/Location : Work from Home
Salary : Max 35 Lacs .

Main Purpose of Job
The IT Architecture team is responsible for supporting the planning, design and development of the new and existing core cloud-based products to support various lines of business .
The main purpose of this job is to design and implement information systems by providing IT Infrastructure Solutions.
The core to this would be to define, govern and support the IT Infrastructure of an enterprise class that is best fit-for-purpose.
Ensure that all systems are working at optimal levels and support the development of new technologies and system using cloud solutions covering following areas;but not limited to,End User Computing/Remote Desktop/
BYOD/ Virtualization /SCCM / MFA/SSO/Identity Access Management etc.
Key Accountabilities
Accountable for developingTechnology Architecture Domain focusing on IT Operations.
Align IT Operations assets (CMDB) with technology strategy, formulate plans for infrastructure standardization, principles, best practices and governancearound it.
Ensurecloud infrastructure standards are defined, governed for the optimal cost-effective usage delivering business value cutting across all products, projects and BAU work streams.
Develop a gap plan between the current and future state of infrastructure architectures and work with othersolution architects to develop roadmaps for the orderly transition.
Document all the work using required standards, methods, and tools that include internal tools as well.
Provide expertise in infrastructure frameworks, emerging technologies, best practices and new versions ofvarious cloud-basedIT Operationalproducts etc. to various IT Operation team i.e. Service Desk, Networks, Wintel,
Network Monitoring, Incident, Change and Problem Management teams.
These teamssupportSaaS platforms, AWS self-hosted environments, on-premises infrastructure and vendor managed cloud services.
Communicate, socialize, and coordinate all enterprise efforts that affect IT Infrastructure.
The post holder will carry out any other duties as are within the scope and purpose of the job as requested by the Line Manager and ensure full utilization of all systems according to Standard Operating Procedures.
Key Deliverables
Evaluate System Requirements
They also analyze business requirements to identify where they can integrate new hardware, operating systems, or connectivity solutions.
Coordinate with all areas of the organization to see that the system is working as optimally as it should.
Deliver technical requirements of the complex systems infrastructure and make the necessary modifications with overall management.
Alternate Solutions and Improvements
Recommend alternative technologies improvements to enhance the information systems to support organizational goals.
Recommendations are presented clearly and understandably to the senior management.
Lead Design and Review of New Systems
Lead the design and review processes against the new systems infrastructure requirements and its delivery.
Develop and document the proposed technical designs for the integration and implementation of any new software, working across the IT department.
Integrate New Infrastructure and Evaluate Projects
Must create detailed plans for the integration of new systems architecture into existing infrastructure.
Deliver logistical plans for the Operations areas to conduct the physical integrations and provide technical direction and support during execution of such plans.
After a new system has been integrated, participate in evaluating the success of the project, identifying best practices and lessons learned.
Provide feedback to leadership and incorporate this information into future integration plans.
Execute test plans and verify proper operation of completed system implementations. Collect performance data to monitor systems for resource usage and failures rates of installed systems and provide feedback.

Competency Requirements Knowledge, Experience & Skills
Essential
15+ Years in an IT environment with at least 5+ years of hands on experience as Architect or as a senior technical lead role.
3-5 years of hands on experience as Infrastructure Architect with hand on experience of, and assisted in, the implementation of governance, controls, and standards in the IT Infrastructure domain.
Must have strong hold on designing, integrating and managing complex infrastructure solutions.
Must possess a demonstrable knowledge of system administration and software development that is required to work in coordination with the enterprise in order to deliver their computing needs and requirements.
Understanding the difference between Business and IT, being able to speak with both worlds effectively.
Strong understanding of SDLC/engineering processes, roles, Requirements Management, QA etc. with practical experience of tools supporting it viz. Jira, Confluence, Zohoor similar ITSM tool.
Good understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile, SAFe, ITIL etc)
Rich experience with web-based application (preferably with high load, high availability, fault tolerance requirements in place)
Strong communicator (verbal and written); ability to talk to different disciplines of stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Highly adaptable, strong prioritization and ability to work well under pressure meet deadlines.
Influencing and negotiation skills.
Leadership of projects and team management.
Experience in DevOps, AWS or Azure Cloud Production Support.
Education and Professional Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science or Engineering or Technology
Optional Education
CCDE/CCNA/MCSE/ITSM/NetApp/AWS or Infrastructure Certification or similar
Certified in any one of the Architecture frameworks like TOGAF, Zachman, DoDAF, FEAF, TEAF, PEAF.
Agile / Prince 2 / PMP
