We are currently seeking a Delivery Director to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).
The CDE must possess and demonstrate experienced leadership, business, financial, and technical knowledge crossing multiple disciplines. The position has direct interfacing responsibilities with the customer CIO and his staff. The CDE is accountable for both day-to-day delivery of all NTT Data services to the customer, as well as working with the Client Executive to establish the strategic direction for the account. The CDE must work closely with the customer to understand their business drivers in order to build a strategic roadmap for the customer to be successful. The CDE will have reporting responsibilities into both the CDM and Manufacturing organizations within NTT, and will lead both dedicated and leveraged resources from the Practices in a matrix-managed environment across multiple organizations.
The CDE is directly responsible for ensuring that account is profitable, maintaining margins committed to the business, and driving margin improvements while ensuring the quality of delivery and customer satisfaction remains high. The CDE will also work with the CE to drive new opportunities to grow and expand the services in order to drive increased revenue. Other responsibilities include financial forecasting, variance analysis, SLA reporting, maintaining executive leadership dashboards, ensuring contractual compliance, and communicating throughout all levels of the organization. It is expected that the CDE will have a good working knowledge and understanding of the contract between NTT Data Services and the customer.
Summary of Tasks / Responsibilities

• Lead both dedicated and leveraged resources
• Collaborate closely with NTT Data Services leaders from the Practice to ensure NTT is delivering services according to our contractual commitment
• Ensure Quality of Delivery, customer satisfaction and drive, service improvements
• Manage account financials, ensuring profitability and driving margin improvements.
• Ensure compliance with internal NTT Data Executive Leadership requirements (reporting, dashboards, financial forecasting, contract compliance, etc...)
• Work closely with Client Executive on Account Strategy & Growth
• Work closely with key customer resources regarding NTT's services to the customer
