Large Group : Sr. Executive / Executive (Interior / Architecture Projects) @Noida & Bangalore

They directly employ over 2000 people across several regions of operations & includes the ownership & management of the boutique hotel in Mumbai, Banquets & Catering services, India's largest ice-cream store chain, The recently launched an extremely delicious lower-calorie ice cream brand with only 75 calories per cup, The leading ice cream brand of the Middle East, Customers traditional Indian packaged foods such as Paneer, Frozen Vegetables, Rice & more, a chain of modern Indian family dining restaurants in India, & other sub-brands.
Location: Noida & Bangalore
Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Interior Design / Architecture or equivalent
Experience:
3 to 5 years project experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) / Fast Food Restaurant / Stores Projects in the Food / FMCG industry.
Job Description
Functional aspects:
Identify suitable suppliers for assorted materials for stores.
Negotiate rates lower than current rates with identified suppliers.
Identify & appoint contractors for each region to execute stores as per brand guidelines.
Set up mechanism to monitor or ensure adequate control on delivered quality of execution of stores.
Renovate identified stores as per brand guidelines.
Ensure optimization of timelines to open new stores through effective co-ordination of equipment suppliers, contractors & franchisees.
Quotation / Estimating Architectural Elements.
Implementation various display techniques.
Expertise in Space Planning, Site Supervision, project coordination.
Instrumental in Budgeting, Vendor finalization for respective contractor zone wise, to coordinate for releasing purchase order & payment on time for respective departments
Play vital role in upgrading the existing concept of store interiors & giving brand identity to all the stores
Selection of vendors based on the samples, finishing, quality, delivery & price aspect.
Placing the PO for various items involve in project. Follow up with Account for payment.
Follow up with vendors for procurement, dispatch, delivery & installation of material on site.
Coordinating with multiple sites running at same time.
Periodic site visit for inspection & site progress.
Operations:
Liaise & co-ordinate with marketing, logistics, planning & commercial teams for driving business
Responsible for closing & resolving issues related to commercial aspects
Ensure end to end customer service by coordinating with all internal stakeholders for supporting the sales process
Drive team & ensure effective execution of all strategies
Manage team expectations, set clear targets & productivity norms & drive team performance on an ongoing basis
