Job Description

Immediate Joining For P&C(Property & Causality Commercial Insurance)
1. US P&C Insurance background:Candidate should have experience in working US Property & Casualty lines (Commercial Insurance), Underwriting support functions.
2. LOBS Line of Business (Commercial Lines)
a. Property and Property Lines (Crime, Builder Risk, Business Owners, etc)
b. General Liability
c. Casualty Lines Professional Liability, Directors & Officers, Errors & Omissions, EPL, etc,
d. Auto
e. Inland Marine, Cargo
f. Workers Compensation
g. Umbrella, Excess Liability
3. Projects/Processes
a. Submissions Entering Insured/coverage details into application based on the requests received by agents/brokers to prepare the quotes.
b. Renewals Renewing expiring/expired policies as per the current terms & underwriting instructions
c. Endorsements Processing endorsements or making changes to the current policy as the per the endorsements received from UW department.
d. Cancellations Cancelling expiring/non renewing policies and sending notice of cancellation to the agents/insured.
e. Loss Runs Summarizing loss runs details/ recording history of claims made against business insurance policy.
f. Policy Issuance Issuing or creating policy document to cover the insured against the losses and in exchange insured will pay the premium to the insurance company.
g. Claims Processing Processing the claims made against insurance policies. Entering the details of the claim numbers, cause, amount, etc..
Minimum Experience/Education

• College Graduate degree in any stream
• 3 years of experience in supporting the processing of property & casualty insurance transactions
• Policy Administration / Underwriting Support New Business, Submissions, Quotations, Policy Issuance, Renewals, Endorsements and Cancellations
• Claims: Loss Data Entry, Claims Logging / Triage, Claims Processing and Liability
• Should have experience working in night shift 6:00 PM IST to 7:00 AM IST
• Should be ready to work in night shift 6:00 PM IST to 7:00 AM IST (US Process Permanent Night Shift)
• Should be willing to wok hands-on as processor (Property & Causality Associate Underwriting Support / Backend data entry operations)
• Good organizational and time management skills required.
• Should have good communication and email etiquettes.
• Should be able to explain previous experience (Project / Process) thoroughly
• Strong customer service approach required.
• WFH was provided only during Covid-19 pandemic, we are in the process of bringing back people to office and candidates should be open to work from office.
