Designation :- Quality Analyst

Location :- Mumbai

Job description

1. Responsible for Monitoring calls & Emails and giving Feedbacks to Agents.

2. Responsible for effective and accurate Report generation for all the processes monitored

3. Responsible for verifying, reviewing, confirming, and reporting in areas as accurate Quality calibrations.

4. Resolution of Employee queries within TAT/responsiveness within TAT (internal/external clients)

Required Skills:

1. IT Skills /Communication Skills .

2. Languages known Gujarati, Hindi, English and Marathi (Mandatory)

3. Call center background preferably with QA experience.
