Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Maintaining and increasing sales.
Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets.
Compiling and analysing sales figures.
Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts yourself .
Keeping update of products and with the competitors.

Following up with customers
Meeting sales targets
managing customer relationships, ensuring sales growth
explaining customers about the products
Should be well knowledge in sale/purchase field
Entry in Tally inward material as per our Purchase Order and Sales Order keep track record of pending order
