Good understanding on SDLC specifically Agile SCRUM and Kanban, SAFE etc.,), Metrics and Governance Models
Good interpersonal and communication skills, quick learner, Proactive with ability to solve challenging technical problems, good debugging capabilities.
1.Act as the single point of contact and ensure the timely delivery of different milestones.
2. Adept in project management activities involving estimation, scope definition, implementation, monitoring, progress tracking, delivery and metrics, project closure.
3.Work with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Software Development Team Leads, and Product Operations to ensure that Agile Best-Practices are adhered to on a daily basis.
4. Schedule and facilitate all Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning sessions, backlog grooming, daily standups, sprint demos, and sprint retrospectives.
5. Build a testing team of professionals with appropriate skills, attitudes and motivation.
6. Perform skill gaps analysis to align with project
7. Assist the team with implementing effective Agile disciplinary practices and records keeping.
8. Ensures that new user stories are assigned story points in a timely manner, and that completion percentages and story statuses are continuously updated.
9. Track and report on metrics related to project progress, status, and risks on a daily basis.
10. Uses existing ALM tools to generate insights on teams processes, velocity and shippability, and guides the team on process improvement.
11. Prepares / updates the metrics dashboard at the end of a phase or at the completion of project.
12. Act as a beacon of Agile Mindset, inspiring the software development teams to continuously improve by inspecting and adapting their processes to achieve high performance and sustainable development practices.
13. Identify and communicate potential risks to the completion of the Sprint, including resources, costs, and external dependencies, with proactive escalation as appropriate.
14. Provide timely communication to stakeholders and leadership throughout the Sprint.
15. Support cross-team coordination and collaborations at a team level, playing a consultative role to help facilitate communication and the appropriate people, process, and tools and coaching and mentoring members of the team as needed to optimize efficiency.
16. Must be CSM, Safe Agilist or other scrum certifications
