Associate Director - WFM - (21006675) Description The Project Mangers collaborate with complementary and supplementary functions of the enterprise to successfully implement the tools and establish project architecture, infrastructure & governance per the requirements of each account within the organization. She/he is responsible for driving tool deployments, analytics, change Management and automation initiatives while being agile to manage business changes. He/She is also responsible for continuous improvement of our project management standards, process and documentations. Responsibilities:
Prepare business cases, ROI, project charters, Automation Assessments (RPA), Business Requirement Documents (BRD), and used cases
Drive Change Management with all stakeholders and associates
Lead Automation program plan to deliver requirements fitting with the overall program plan
Drive realization of target FTE benefit, business impacts
Use of statistical models and forecasting techniques to forecast or predict volumes, capacity, customer behavior, customer journey
Data aggregation and data mining techniques which help provide insights into past data in the form of dashboards, reports, etc.
Oversee project execution on multiple projects and take action in case of slippages
People management supervise project team
Manage client expectations on overall project delivery
Review key deliverables before they are presented to the client
Both formal and informal coaching of team(s) both client and internal
Lead proposal creation including effort estimates for project work
Lead pre-sales and post-sales support
Lead development of domain collaterals
Qualifications Desired Skills
Must have experience in relevant domain & reputed KPO is preferred.
Must have 15 years of work experience with minimum 10 years of relevant experience
Must have excellent analytical, presentation & communication skill
Ability to independently develop solutions for complex business functionality
Experience of managing 5 high impact Automation/Analytics projects end to end
Preferred to have RPA automation life cycle management experience
Must have Six Sigma certification from a reputed certifying body/organization (e.g. ASQ or equivalent) with excellent command in Lean/Six Sigma
