Job Description

• Extremely good at sourcing techniques for US and expertise in job boards like Monster, Career Builder, Dice and Linkedin.
• Deep understanding about different Visa types and Knowledge about the taxations in US.
• Build and maintain an ongoing pipeline of potential candidates by identifying prospects through direct sourcing, web sourcing, networking, social media, user groups, research, referrals, and other creative ways to fill the candidate pipeline.
• Must be willing to work night shifts.
• Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills
