Job Description

Designation : ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE ENGINEER
Qualification : ITI / Diploma (Electrical / Electronic)
Experience : 1 to 10 Year
Location :Bhosari, Chakan
Salary : 15 to 35 Thousand
1)Responsible for Overall Electrical/ Electronoc Maintenance Activities

2)Handle Breakdown Independent in shift of Gear Hobing,Shaping,Grinding and Conventional machine etc.

3)Hand on experience in Maintenance of CNC,VMC,HMC with Fanuc and Siemens control

4)Expertise in Fanuc system (10,11,18,21,OT )and siemens (802D SL ,828 D)

5)Expertise in Machine Commisioning of FANUC System

6)Basic knowedge of PLC and contactor Logic and its trouble shooting

7)Fanuc ,Siemens drive and system alarm trouble shooting

8)Servo Motor,Induction,DC Motor,trouble shooting

9)Basic Knowedge of VFD and DC Drive Expertise in MS-Excel, Maintenance documentation
