JOB DESCRIPTION
Daily planning and production management.
Understand technical drawings.
Delegating, monitoring, and controlling work of the team.
Troubleshooting in overall Sofa and chair manufacturing operation from stitching,
wood working, upholstery etc.
Essential Knowledge of Foaming, sewing, cutting, stapling and template making.
Ensure staff are fully trained in all upholstery techniques.
Ensure the quality standards is maintained.
Ensure manpower levels are adequate for effective Production.
Experience in wood working, upholstery, CNC fabric and foam cutting and stitching.
Undertake continuous improvement activities on existing stitching/ cutting process to
improve process capabilities
Improve product quality and reduce product cost and wastage.
Oversee the daily operations, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively.
Co-ordinate with purchase, production team and other teams and provide reports to
upper management.
