Designation: E-Learning Quality Analyst( Assistant to Senior Manager)Experience: 3 to 8 years
CTC (Offered): As per Industry norms.

Location: Mahape, Navi Mumbai
JOB Description:
- Reasonably strong knowledge of testing disciplines and methodologies
- Plan, execute and oversee inspection and testing of the incoming and outgoing products to confirm quality conformance to specifications and quality deliverables
- Experience in the quality control of training, web-based training is an asset
- Define and maintain test plans to create effective QA processes
- Test technical functionality/compatibility across multiple browsers and platforms
- Review text/graphics/audio/interactivity against original scripted content
- Document quality assurance activities with internal reporting tool and audits
- Analyze and investigate product complaints or reported quality issues to ensure closure in accordance with company guidelines and external regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with the internal team (like Instructional Designers, Media teams) and Clients to seek clarification on the requirements
- Should be able to work on multiple projects and be able to prioritize.

- Experience: 2+ years of experience as a Quality Analyst
- Demonstrated knowledge of testing best practices, version control, and defect management
- Create, Execute, Review Test Cases and test scenarios for E-Learning
- Software & Tools Bug Reporting Tools
- Projects Handled E-Learning modules
- Certifications - Professional Testing certification
- Qualification Bachelor's degree in software engineering or information technology
- Language Proficiency Good written and spoken English
