Attended & Managing Incoming calls
Able to understand client query & provide solutions
Taking ownership of customer issue and following problems through to resolutions
Improve customer service experience
Keep accurate records & maintain Daily , weekly , monthly MIS
Online Lead conversion into account.
Basic Competency Requirements
Proven work experience as customer care executive/online dealer in BFSI industry.
Excellent in Communication Skills
Working knowledge of MS-Office
