Job Description
Conducting internal audits of all departmentsMaintaining QMS to ensure audit readiness at all times
Coordinating with consultants and all departments for implementing and managing QMS
Approval/authorization of the specific calibration procedures.
Validation of calibration methods.
Development of programs of technical training and qualification of the staff.
Management of equipment (inventory, records, identification, control, etc).
Implementation of the program of calibration/verification and / maintenance of the equipment.
Acceptance of items that will be subject to calibration.
Evaluation of the results of the calibrations.
Reviewing and signing of calibration reports.
Establishment of corrective actions and preventive actions related to technical issues.
Monitoring the implementation of the quality management system.
Ensure the distribution, control, and dissemination of the quality system documents (QM, SOPs, INSTs, etc.)
Training on the quality of the laboratory personnel.
Keep an archive of all documentation related to the staff.
Manage the system of detection of non-conformities and proposal of corrective actions and preventive actions.
Monitor the implementation of corrective actions and preventive actions related to the management area.
Control and filing of records.
Evaluation of suppliers.
Establishing the annual program of audits and management reviews.
Organizing the internal audits and the management review meetings.
Advice and support, from the point of view of the quality to the technical staff.
Documentation as per CGMP requirement
Responsible for Internal Plant audits, Certification audits, ISO Certification, Vendor audits & Market audits
Evaluate the defined specifications and provide recommendations to ensure that they are adequate to meet the quality standards
To lead TQM initiatives across the organization towards ensuring zero defect and zero customers complain of our products and services
Create a culture for conducting thorough CAPA activities
Establish QA systems at the supplier end to ensure supply of 100% defect-free components
Advance understanding of HACCP/ Food Safety Management system
SPOC for all external agencies related to quality and certifications
Set up internal audit systems and provide leadership for in-process quality audit teams at the plant.
Be part of the initial technical feasibility study and approval process
Supplier qualification for development parts
Be the SPOC for customer complaints and ensure redressal thru plant quality and operations
Responsible customer / external audits and compliance across locations
Build quality-oriented culture thru the implementation of various quality systems
Responsible for employee training on quality systems
Identify, groom, reward, and develop high performers and future leaders
Advance Understanding of HACCP and Food Safety Management System.
Process and product knowledge of the Food Industry.
Experience in IPQA activities.
Conduct quality audits to ensure adherence to defined quality processes across the project; analyze findings for corrective and preventive action; Audit quality testing and non-conformance reports.
Prepare various daily progress reports for tracking status of QA / QC activities at the site
Responsible for quality control and assurance procedures, quality testing at various phases of the project, and ensuring adherence to quality guidelines on the project site.
Communicate the Quality Control and Assurance Policy to internal teams.
Set QA / QC process at the site, audit regularly, maintain audit compliance and process.
Prepare quality checklists for every activity and include them in the quality management plan.
Establish testing procedures for various materials based on ISO guidelines, manage laboratory testing of major incoming material, analyze test results.
