Job Description
Analysis of water in RAW, Soft, DM & DAW stage.
All incoming material analysis like RAW material & packaging material & raising DMR
when non-conformance. (Legal requirements).
Chemical preparation @ required frequency.
Analysis of beer at diff stages like Worth, Tank fill, EOC, green beer, bright beer & Packbeer.
Calibration of the equipment's & Maintaining AMC for critical quality equipment.
Handling Consumer complaint & documentation for reporting to zone.
Maintaining 5S in QA lab & conducting monthly audit for 5S, PRP, GMP & action log
review.
Independently maintain all online quality parameters of RGB, Can & keg line.
RGB line quality checks like Washer parameters, EBI operation & Test bottle preparation,
Filler operation, Pasteurization checks, Labelling quality & PPQA.
All the daily, weekly, monthly data preparation (ORS updatation, PPT presentation on
BCD, PPQA/TPPQA/CPPQA, BBT DO Vs TPO etc.) Monthly audit (PQC & PRP), CCP
Validation on monthly basis.
Basic knowledge of VPO operations & working way (Problem solving tools like 5 why,
Abnormality report to convert red KPI into Green).
Vpo basic training to all new employee & making awareness for continual improvement
Daily update department Hazard, QA KPI, Dashboard, conducting weekly, monthly meeting as routine review program.
Instruments handling : Mash bath ,Can seaming ,Co2 taster , centrifuge ,
spectrophotometer , alcolyzer ,Haffmans TPO,DO meter ,Co2 Tester , Haze meter Foam
meter ,BS Meter , apparatus etc.
Conducting monthly B & Q quality & safety theme training & awareness program.
