Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities
Teaching all areas of the pre-school/primary/Secondary curriculum whichever applicable.
Proper use of relevant technology to support instruction.
Prepare required reports on students and activities.
Update all necessary records accurately and completely as required by Management/School regulations.
Observe and evaluate student's performance and development of Students.
Maintain accurate and complete records of students progress and development.
Providing student support.
Counseling students with academic problems and providing student encouragement.
Taking responsibility for the progress of a class of primary age Students.
Organizing the classroom to create a positive learning environment.
Motivating Students.
To facilitate positive Student development through teaching techniques
Staying up to date with changes and developments in the structure of the curriculum.
Working with parents and school to maximize their involvement in the school.
Development of resources for the school.
Liaising with colleagues and working flexibly.
Apply appropriate disciplinary measures where necessary.
Maintain discipline in accordance with the rules and disciplinary systems of the school.
Maintaining discipline in classroom.
Attending teachers workshops/events which is organized by Central team
Taking part in school events and activities which may take place at weekends or in the evening.
Presenting lessons in a comprehensive manner and use visual/audio means to facilitate learning
Providing individualized instruction to each student by promoting interactive learning
To be punctual and be available in the school during official working hours
To comply with policies, standards, rules, regulations and procedures of the school
Desired Candidate Profile
Freshers are also welcome.
Good Subject Knowledge (English, Hindi, Marathi, Science, Maths, Social science, Drawing, PT)
Minimum HSC with D.Ed or BA or MA, B.Sc or M.Sc or any Graduation or Post Graduation with D.Ed/B.Ed/M.Ed is mandatory.
