Job Description
We have an urgent Opportunity for Instructional Designer
Exp: 2+ yrs
Loc: Pune
NP: Immediate Pref

JD:
Experience in scripting and storyboarding for e-learning courses. Knowledge of eLearning tools like Articulate Storyline, Presenter (Studio), Captivate, Lectora, Claro etc
You will be required to: Analyse target audience profiles Analyse content to identify content gaps and create course outlines
Interact with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather content and define learning objectives for courses
Script and review scripts for WBTs Storyboard and review storyboards for WBTs
Develop and review developed material for ILTs
Develop instructional and assessment strategies for projects/courses
Document design and writing specifications, and guidelines
Provide inputs to the visual design team and programming team for the development of course GUIs, design guidelines, and programming specifications
Review the developed courses to ensure the design specifications are accurate and the quality of the final output is as per the clients requirements.
Development and maintenance of responsive web applications.
Required: Should be able to do content analysis, scripting and storyboarding WBTs (hands-on experience across levels 1 and 2 at the least), work with graphics team to get ideas across, and should have experience with reviewing storyboards and outputs, etc.
Should have a good understanding of specifications and requirements
Should have knowledge of a full project life cycle including timelines and targets, flexibility with extended hours, etc
. Should have 1-3 years of experience working as an Instructional Designer or Content Writer in an eLearning company
Bachelor's Degree in Web development and/or Web Design.
